I'm aware that they're not exactly a well known brand or have much of a reputation - but I've played on most of the big names already, or those sites block IPs from my country. It has indeed only been 3 days since the email but I've had zero follow-up correspondence and the email itself seems pretty obvious to me that they've made the simple decision to not pay out. I'm aware also that they're a Betby book - and from what I hear, books who use their software are very likely to not pay. I am happy to upload a photo/screenshot of our email correspondence but wasn't sure how to upload pics here.
I would actually suggest to wait for 24-48 hours, see if the case resolved itself with them finished looking into your account. If you're doing everything by the book, it should be fine as they won't find any reason to restrict your account.
