Things like this need 💯 transparency as we can see it in the forum. I have won a contest in the forum and the process was clear for everyone to see in the forum. As you can see voting is going on in the forum and it is transparent. And I don't know how this has been done.
It doesn't actually, it wasn't a community vote but a panel of judges vote that decided the winner. Community vote aren't always the best way to choose a winner for a contest like this because favouritism will always be in the picture. For this contest, I can tell you the voting process was free and fair. I know you were expecting some dishes to be selected and then public votes gets casted but we all know how that would have ended.
Again understand that the presenter of the contest has the right to choose the way the winner is to be announced and please you guys should stop calling eachother names and throwing accusations that have no strong evidence around (I'm referring to you too Mia Chole). Looking at the winners and the dishes they prepared, you shouldn't have any doubt that the winners were picked with no bias.
If i should go accorde to what you are saying right now that voting could have been the best option in terms of knowing the true winners, i really support this motion but since the deal has already been done, them I'm still looking at the up coming contest that all the moderators that will be involved in hosting the contest should at line or write out how they are going to select the winners in this coming contest, if actually voting will be the best option then let us go for it, so that sentiment will not take place.
