Was reading the help section and got excited to find something that is no longer applicable in bitcointalk which makes the probability of collecting recognition(merit) from notoriously hard-to-get-noticed-by members, there must be a better term but my excitement kinda overwhelms the idea of searching for better terminology.
I don't know where you get the idea of marquee tag here, but it was never available since the very start i have joined here (2017) probably it wasnt available in the earlier too as it looks like a very old feature to begin with.
