Still no voucher?
I've reached that particular contact who will issue voucher, but they've been busy for the past couple of days and wasn't able to return my message yet. Plus, I am currently hospitalized, and definitely not that well that I can't focus on my device as intensely as I can.
I've left a message to their colleague to reach me and reply me soonest they can. We'll sort your case once I can sit with my contact.
