after that, he extended the time for another week and participated in this contest with his alternative account Bureau.

I am not questioning the method of picking the winner because becoming a winner writing a single thread is possible, if that thread is informative.

Bitcoin Smith is the only individual who has submitted his topic and also requested an extension. I am going ahead and extending this competition till the 15th of this month.
