Newbies are not such a target for account related hacks and crimes. Why waste time and money building your history, when reading and learning can be worth so much more?
Any account can be used for a scam we have tins of newbies' accounts that have been red-tagged for scam related, what you can say is that no buyer will be willing to buy a newbie account but to say hackers don't target newbies accounts you are wrong.
Old accounts are harder to hack since older members of the forum tend to have much knowledge on how to protect their accounts and use other offline security features to keep the account safe and secured.
