One of the reasons why Arteta is in better shape than Pep and can manage his team better is because he is not going through a difficult time in his life like Pep is going through, where a divorce is taking away half of the things he has achieved throughout his life, and this in itself does affect the situation of any person, apart from the poor play of the players, because like any human being, emotions do affect their work, it is difficult, I think what is happening is a consequence of what Pep has not yet been able to overcome.

Pep Guardiola has indeed lost something big in his life and that will affect any human being physically and emotionally. What he’s going through cannot be explained better than he can by himself. Manchester City has to bear with him during this period to get back on his feet once again. He is a very good coach and they don’t just go down like that. These are passing times, and I am very certain it’ll come to an end on his path too soon. Pep still has the chance for the top four for the premier league with the number of matches left.

In the English Premier League, Newcastle is not a stronger team than Arsenal at all, but still the result is against Arsenal and in favor of Newcastle. The second leg of the semi-final of the EFL Cup saw Arsenal exit the tournament with a 4–0 aggregate defeat against Newcastle.
If we discuss only the second leg match then there is really nothing to say for Arsenal as they did not perform in a way that can be appreciated based on their performance.

It does happens and this is football, and no team can be more superior than the other that it stands a chance to win them easily without putting in some efforts. In the EFL cup, mostly smaller teams prevail more and eliminate the bigger teams from the on stage of the tournament. In this case, Newcastle cannot be seen as a mediocre team and they stand the chance just like Arsenal to have won them in this match. So the result does not surprise me that much and Newcastle most deserves the victory.
