If Chelsea is able to finish in top4 this season I think it's going to be a great achievement for Enzo Maresca because his team didn't start very well this season but despite their inconsistent performance they have remained unchanged in their position which shows that they are doing everything possible to remain in the the top4. Manchester City is not in in their best form this season but seeing how they are coming closer to the top4 shows that Chelsea needs to be consistent if they want to retain their position but all I think Chelsea should do is to have a general check on the attack and defense they can't be scoring goals and conceding at the same time it doesn't show a good way of improvement. Manchester City can occupy the 4th position but I think Chelsea should fight to overcome Nottingham Forest who is in the 3rd place ahead of them with 4 points, if they can do this then it will be a great achievement for the team.
Of course it will be a great achievement for Chelsea and Enzo Maresca if they should make top 4 and qualify for the champions league after the end of the season, they have really worked hard to be in the top four even though their performances have been inconsistent since December. They should be challenging Arsenal for the 2nd position had it been they were consistent with their performance. Seeing Chelsea challenge for top 4 is already an achievement because compared with previous seasons results they are a lot better under Enzo Maresca and can do better with time.
With the look of things Nottingham Forest looks as though they have secured the third spot already because the way they are performing they don’t look like they are slowing down anytime soon so the 4th spot is now left for Chelsea and Manchester City to battle, Manchester City are not in good shape now and they have loads of tough matches ahead which means they will be dropping more points for Chelsea to capitalize on but Chelsea have to be in their best form to take advantage.
