Yeah, I read their response about this case, and it's good thing that Razed had paid their customer and will change their sport provider. And so it was a happy ending and their reputation here stays, so everything is good not for the user.

And again, seldom we see that a crypto casino is this open about scams accusations against them, but they proved otherwise.

Good question though, there's no harm done here so maybe he will stay with them and continue to play.

Their initial reason about the KYC of OP is plausible since they are accusing him as part of syndicate which is hard to believe that a syndicate will use recycle KYC for their casino account.

Probably they just have a hunch on the issue then later on realized that everything will be verified once this user seek help to arbitrator that will request them the documents for verification.

Their hesitation to escalate the issue means they value a lot their reputation on this case.

This. I think every casino should value their reputation here in our community. And as far as I know they've run quite a signature campaign and that alone, they have gain the trust already.

However, with this accusations that they don't have control as it was the provider who doesn't want to divulge their investigation on the said matter and stick to their story, then they don't have a choice here but to pay everything. At least their brand name is still intact.

Yeah. This happened in some reputable casino that provider is slow to response or doesn’t want to take responsibility which resulted to fixed results on investigation even without valid proof that’s why casino is stuck in the middle.

I’m not sure if this is exactly the case here but most of the time casino do refund if they think they don’t strong evidence for the case while provider is ditching them with slow progress.

The community sometimes push the casino to make an early decision and do refunds even without closure from provider.
