Hello,
How do we determine if a coin or token is suitable for investment? For example, trading volume, total supply, number of holders, etc.
Please be very brief.
Thank you.
Whether a coin is suitable for investment depends on whether it is listed on a good centralized exchange or not. If it is listed on a good centralized exchange and the volume is high and the supply is low, then it can be selected for investment. However, if a coin does not have all these reputations, then there is no need to invest in it. Many people invest without considering the value, status, supply volume of the token and at some point they lose money on their investment, so it is better to examine the above-mentioned factors before investing.
CEXes are usually too late to list something that has potential. By the time it's there - you probably already lost your chance.
These new coins are always a high risk, whether there is listing from CEXes or not.
