Hello,
How do we determine if a coin or token is suitable for investment? For example, trading volume, total supply, number of holders, etc.
Please be very brief.
Thank you.
Whether a coin is suitable for investment depends on whether it is listed on a good centralized exchange or not. If it is listed on a good centralized exchange and the volume is high and the supply is low, then it can be selected for investment. However, if a coin does not have all these reputations, then there is no need to invest in it. Many people invest without considering the value, status, supply volume of the token and at some point they lose money on their investment, so it is better to examine the above-mentioned factors before investing.
But there were people who are really that wanting to invest while its still not listed on CEX but rather they do want to dive in or invest when its still on decentralized exchanges because we do know that on the time that you do able to get in on the earliest time as possible then there's really that chance that they do gain up that enourmous profits or even possible that they will be able to get rich on which we know that this is really that indeed possible. Recognition of good coin or tokens then telling up these things on early phase or times of a certain project will be that unknown, because we do know that even shit coins do really fly up to the moon on which passing all through those tokens/coins which does have that good utility and this is the main reason on why people do rather shit coins than with having that good utility.
If you do prefer on less riskier approach then investing with already listed tokens will be that a good option but bare in mind that it wont really be that an assurance that you wont be losing money because we do know that they can be delisted if they wont be getting that much volume. This is why every steps that you are making wont really be giving out that assurance that you could be ending up positive. Therefore, every steps that you would be making will be having that corresponding risks on which this is really just that standard.
