Both are as important in my opinion.

Knowledge without the resources will go nowhere and just having the resources will almost guarantee you of failing if you have the resources then you should do everything there is to learn about crypto or whatever can be used to make profit with your money and if you only have the knowledge to start with you should also start finding ways to find the money to put this knowledge in action. Others may argue which one is more important but like I said if you only have one out of the two, there would not really be a lot of progress. We should aim for higher standards and make sure that we are not stuck in one place and always try to improve on what we lack.
