It seems good to me. We recently translated this
other topic about trust, and the one you suggest adds very different but yet valuable information that, as NeuroticFish said, should be read by more people. And I can't imagine a better way to do that than sharing it in our respective local boards.
Let's see what Gazeta and others think, though.
Although both are related to forum, they are different topics. One is about the usage of trust system/trust feedback/default trust/trust list and the other one about creating flags.
