i guess its because im a foreigner in the country where i live
but once again they accept my tax return so it not make sense
i just send the receipt now so im waiting update about my kyc ..
I am just playing devil's advocate here to try to understand what may have gone wrong. It is not exactly out of place for a casino to request additional information to reach a decision on a withdrawal. I just like them to be very responsive.
