I want to take my BTC investment to another level,so which of this wallet's listed bellow we serve me for a life time,that even my wife or children can access,if it have other wice.

Software wallet is the best of all, a good recommendation is bitcoincore.
If you can afford buying one, then you can also go for hardware wallet, but you must be able to have a good handling etiquette to avoid it from damage.
Don't ever go for centralized exchange, they are not wallet, they are custodial accounts, not your keys not your coins best suit them, because they can be hacked and went bankrupt and you cant recover your coins from them.
Paper wallet should be the third recommendation after the first two mentioned above, but it more safe going for those two than paper wallet.
