Some countries do that, but it's not very wise to use a foreign currency. El Salvador uses both (USD & BTC).
As a National currency you cannot have a non inflationary currency.
I never said BTC will replace fiat. I said CBDC will replace fiat and BTC will replace USD as a global reserve currency.
