92 USDT is too small for this type of rigorous KYC requirements. Was this personally applied to you or it is their general requirements. Could it be that you have submitted contradictory documents to them before? In such a case, they might go weird to get the truth.
Some casinos don't know this, I agree when such rigorous KYC demands are needed is when someone wants to withdraw huge funds like let's say when you want to withdraw $10k or above then such documents can at least be imaginable but for a low amount such as 92 USD is a somewhat ridiculous amount to ask for such documents.
What I have noticed is that when some casinos ask for such documents even though not necessary at that point is because they target such accounts as suspected fake accounts and that the player is not leaving on the address claimed, or maybe the casinos just want to withhold his fund's scam casinos does that.
