Red tag is not something that you can use if you disagree with someone or if you have some argument since this forum has freedom of speech.

Unless the user is sharing false information that will endanger forum member then red tag is necessary. Reading on the attached link seems like a typical argument if 2 user has different beliefs on the topic.
