I don't have photos or any proof, but my Trezor One fell from my rooftop (~20m).
I had it in my hands because I heard some strange noise and needed to go up immediately, I was in panic and didn't even think to leave it in the house.
I stepped on a brick and lost my balance and the Trezor fell because I needed to open my hand.
Damn man, you could have killed yourself. Was someone trying to break into your home? Luckily, I have never experienced something like that, but I would recommend that everyone arm themselves against intruders however they see fit. Better them than you if it comes to it. You don't have to shot the prick, but at least get a baseball bat or brass knuckles for your own safety. Or a nice custom-made billy club with razors in it or nails if you like that sort of thing.
