Satoshi's original and sole purpose in creating bitcoin was to be a peer-to-peer currency, it has no secondary mission or potential. But we don't use it that way, we use it as an investment to create wealth. We all choose it because its price can increase by thousands of percent and bring huge profits or to put it bluntly, most of us are in it for profit. And based on what is happening, there is nothing wrong in saying that bitcoin is a tool to help us get rich and that is its main mission in these days.

I believe that if bitcoin becomes stable, not many people will care about it anymore. Because what people are looking for in bitcoin is profit, not many people are interested in its decentralized nature or privacy as we think.
