Need a way to buy karma for USD/other currencies IMO.  If people not into crypt are going to pick it up they shouldn't have to figure out how to buy bitcoin and then buy karma.  Would be a big step toward regular people using it once they see it in use.  Current price will even help.  When they see the quantity they can buy for a couple dollars they will feel like they can give it to lots of people.  To understand I can buy .01 btc and then buy X karma is just way above the target audience.
