Tottenham condition is the same as Man Utd, their performance is bad in the Premier League but here they are quite good, this indicates that the competition here is not as competitive as the Premier League.
For me it is not fair if you compare EPL with UEL. While in this European league the strongest teams in each league face each other and clearly this is one of the competitive competitions. The reason why MU and Spurs do not look strong in EPL is because the plan of both teams is to get a more prestigious title in UEL while getting a ticket to UCL. So Spurs and MU prioritize matches in this competition.
so I don't see Tottenham winning this championship if Ange is still there. Not for this season.
If you remember last season Atalanta won the title and if you remember the season before that Sevilla won the title. Both teams that don't look strong but can win the title here. And it can happen to Spurs because in this UEL bad things can become better.
