After seeing your post I try to reach out betpanda's live support and what I get from them is they don't have any mirror link.
Does this mean that the site I'm referring to above is a scam?
Where did you see this site in the first place? Accessed it using mobile and it really looks like Betpanda website. If there is no mirror website of Betpanda based on their CS then yes, it's a phishing website thay should be avoided.
