A very long time ago now, we hired a company to start developing Epochtalk, which was intended to completely replace the software which currently runs the forum.
Inasmuch as technology is advancing, there is also need for changes within the environments we operate in, but it will be too bad to move from a partly stable situation to an unstable situation therefore since the development of Epochtalk did not have any advancement that supersedes the current Bitcointalk.org, it is better to discard it than create a platform full of bugs and incomplete features.
