Adana Demirspor players left the pitch in their Turkish Super Lig game at Galatasaray today in protest against a penalty that were awarded to the home team. It was later that the club president issued a statement saying that the players didn't leave the pitch to protest against Galatasaray but against the referee board. The visitors who currently occupy the bottom position in the league went behind when Alvaro Morata scored a penalty in the 12 minute of the game but continued playing until when the club manager signalled to them to leave the pitch.
The ball is now in the court of the Turkish football FA to address the issue and punish any party that deserves to be punished.

The match will have to be continued from where it stopped as I didn't see anything wrong with the decision. It's just a goal and there's still plenty of time for the visitors to turn the table around so why are they angry and abandoning the game. Adana Demirspor players should be punished for showing unprofessional behaviour. If all the clubs starts abandoning the game when they're not happy with the decision not going there way, who's going to be playing as the referee can't make everybody to be happy, some decisions will go your way while others wouldn't. I think the Turkish FA should use Adana Demirspor as an example to others to learn.
