The Second ODI match of the tri-series started between South Africa and New Zealand. New Zealand's decision to choose to bowl first is not too good because If South Africa's batsman scores 300 plus runs, then it will be very difficult for New Zealand to win it. South Africa current score is 100 runs just loss of single wicket in 21 overs of the first inning. Matthew Breetzke is playing debut match scoring 45 runs while Jason Smith is playing at 25 runs. Matthew Breetzke very close his well deserved median half century. Temba Bavuma is out after scoring 20 runs. from New Zealand, Will O'Rourke is the only successful bowler who picked the wicket of Temba Bavuma. New Zealand needs to break the partnerships between Matthew Breetzke and Jason Smith if they want to come back in this match.
New Zealand have a good start to this tri nation series. In the previous match, they beat Pakistan and today they beat South Africa by 6 wickets. The target given by South Africa wasn't too small. In fact the innings by Matthew Breetzke where he made 150 runs was one of the best innings to watch. He hit 11 fours and 5 sixes in that innings but unluckily he was not able to make his team win.
New Zealand played equally well and their captain played a brilliant knock of 133 runs. Although he is the player of the match and everyone is talking about his innings, Devon Conway played equally well. He could not complete his century, was out on 97 runs but it was an important innings. It was this partnership due to which they won this match.
