No we cannot use it to set a precedent, yet. Prolly until one or two more customers complain of the same thing, right now they paid OP all of their winnings in full and blamed their sports provider, which some of us think isn't true, but we can give them the benefit of the doubt and let things be for now, until there is another case, and i hope not. OP can even lock the thread now that the issue has been solved.
