A pseudonym is defined as an actual name or pseudonym which is never used in
practice and nobody can claim it for a name/person unless he/she/they decide that it's a
name.

If a new user can change his/her nickname, he/she can prove that he/she/they will
change his/her/their nicknames to some other user that have it.
