You are right, USAID is a scam. 
 
They don't care about the money at all. They are just trying to make it look like they are going to get it in the next bull run. 
 
This is the reality of the world. There are so many scammers out there, and they are doing it for the sake of the people. 
 
I have no idea what to do with this money. I am just curious to know what you think about this.
