I don't think a $15k increase/decrease is considered stable, especially for a business, that's a huge gain and/or loss for a business.
so this seems like a big excuse. i would warn people from playing here in the future until they start paying out more frequently in case they do not have funds and that is the reason for delays. their platform is great but this is not okay.
I might consider them temporarily for their fast response for not having processed your withdrawal request but I will begin to doubt and be wary to use them in the future if there will be no improvement on their end. So yes, thanks for your heads up.
