Real Madrid has too many missing players. In my opinion, Manchester City is in an advantageous position for the first leg. These disadvantages of Real Madrid may cause them trouble. Manchester City and Pep Guardiola know Real Madrid well and I am sure they will act with a team lineup that suits Ancelotti. That is why I think Manchester City has the advantage.
I do not understand why you say that Manchester City has an advantage in this meeting than Real Madrid because Real Madrid is missing some players. Have you been watching Manchester City matches recently and how inconsistent that have been even against smaller teams. Unless miracles happen before this meeting I think Manchester City cannot come out of that match successfully. Although in the other hand Real Madrid has not been performing in their best form. As we see from the first round of the Champions League that both of them struggled to qualify which is not expected of them. But what we should understand is that the match between two of them would be tough just like it used to be in the past. Whether they are in their good form or not and in as much as it is Champions League, to be an interesting and maybe an unpredictable match that day. Be it as it may, I strongly tip Real Madrid to win Manchester City.
Of course, this is a prediction. You think Real Madrid will win, I think Manchester City, who have the advantage of the crowd, can win the match. Yes, Manchester City is in decline, but Real Madrid's defense also has huge gaps. It is obvious that there will be a goal-scoring duel between both teams. I say Manchester City can win. Of course, Real can win too, but City seems closer to me.
