Hi BGL community!

We've started last November a rather ambitious project to create decentralized WBGL and bridge using approach that TBTCv2 project created (https://tbtc.network/). However, the amount of work required is rather significant (and also as it was discovered later, TBTCv2 repositories are not in the state of "turnkey solution").

Thus we plan to re-launch a bit modified version of existing bridge in few days from now.
