Please avoid bc.game, they are scammers. I won 560 dollars with the welcome bonus and when I wanted to withdraw it, they expelled me from my account and now they won't let me in.

Otherwise, you should follow examplens' recommendation if your story is real, then you'll get an answer from BC or from an intermediary.
FYI, BC recently paid multiple millions to a player, so I find it hard to believe that they'll stop someone from withdrawing a few hundred usd without having a good reason related to your account/activity or maybe a technical problem.
