I think this is the result of them moving all operations involving European customers to somewhere in the EU. If you order their products now, it gets shipped to you from Europe. This decreases the total price. I remember there was an announcement mentioning this a few months ago.I didn't know about that information - but from what I can see, the prices I saw on some sites from their resellers seemed to be without VAT, but now that price is approximately EUR 250, which is the price that has been in effect since before. No matter how you look at it, you'll pay that price in the end unless someone who goes to the US buys it there and brings it back.
Is there perhaps information somewhere about how many units have been sold so far?
