This is absolutely a normal human behaviour as even I have been in that situation for more than once and even lost over $3k in futures trading in a single night. Fast forward to today I have started keeping a percentage of profit which I don't reinvest for trading and it has worked like magic. I would suggest you to keep aside a certain percentage of profit on your winning days and try to avoid futures it's stressful.
This has not solved the problem and I wonder what you would do when you lose all the money in the account. People often redeposit the profit you thought you'd kept away, so I see this suggestion as ineffective unless you want to keep the profits initially made and never return to trading again.

My advice is for an effective management of our deposits and the risk we take with them. We can do this by knowing our exit levels and keeping low-risk activities.
