I have one question, pardon me if someone else already asked this. So recently I made an attempt to withdraw but I'm not eligible to do so, which the pop-up message said;

There is an active bonus currently, you can not withdraw.

So I checked carefully which I found out that I claimed 100% welcome bonus, and the T&C says;

- Players must wager the deposit and bonus amount 40 times (totaling 80x the initial deposit).

So since I deposited $100, then I have to wager 80x of it, around $8k, and yeah I found this;



We can see that I have to wager 0.08 btc so I can withdraw my balance. I'm not familiar with this kind of thing, as this is my first time experiencing this. I reached their customer support staff, and she said the bonus thing is already expired, and she would be working with her team to solve the issue. On the T&C, it also says;

- Players have 7 days from their first deposit to fulfill the wagering requirements.

From my understanding, the bonus thing has already expired right? It's been already a couple of week, but I still cant withdraw. I have talked with LM as well, and unfortunately the issue is still there. Perhaps you guys can explain to me what the mistake I did and how to solve it? It just doesn't make sense to me to wager 80x of deposited amount to withdraw the balance. Thank you.
