You would like to join or you have already joined and started doing push-ups? which ever way you are welcome to Push-up challenge, you will definitely be fit and you won't get quick in doing things that you sometimes to that you get tired easily that is if you are genuine and also consistent doing your push-up and also try adding other exercises you will sure the enjoy the benefits of doing exercises .

I wasn't consistent with my push-up for quit a month due to some health challenges but am back again am getting back fitness, I have been constantly doing push-ups in the past 4 days after my last report i have been doing 25 reps in 3 of my set morning and evening I have done 600 push up in the past 4 days I will gradually be increasing my numbers of reps as days continue.

A month is a whole lot of time to stay off due to health challenges and it's pitiful. While keeping up with the exercise once more, monitor your pushup numbers daily and engage in good dietary practices. Achieving 600 pushups in 4 days after recovery from a health challenge that took you a month off the exercise is quite much and may trigger relapse.

Health first, monitor your self and gradually rise to where you've always been. I can see you've been in the challenge for over ⅔ of a year which shows how determinant you can be. With time you will be fully fit.
