Actually you have spoken well, these are most of the trait of someone that is addicted, but I think that their are few more signs that you are seriously addicted to not just gambling, but to any other thing, which are;

When you feel like you can't do without it: I use to gamble heavily in the past, and one thing I learnt was that once you get to that level where you feels like if you don't gamble that day, you are going to die, just know that you are seriously addicted, and it's a level which I believe is the highest level of addiction, that's why if you at most gambling addict, you will understand that even if it's their last Money and they don't have money to eat, they prefer gambling with it than using the money to get what to eat first, so anyone that gets to such level, just know that he or she is in need of serious help.

When you spend almost all your time in a gambling hall or online casino: most addictive gamblers now stay in the gambling hall, they don't even care if they feed or not, if they have taken their bath or not, they just stay their hoping to get a big win someday, which will eventually goes back into gambling if they mistakenly get a winning, these are just the few I can remember for now.
