We always respond promptly to all user requests (including requests left on Trustpilot). The problem is that users are too lazy to change their feedback after their problem or request has been successfully resolved. We would say that this is a problem that all casinos face. However, we are very open to any dialogue, so we have added a link to Trustpilot to the navigation bar.
There are other websites where people can give review. Trustpilot reviews are not reliable. Trustpilot is also a letdown in my opinion where I definitely tried a casino and yet trustpilot removed my review but for a casino that isn't really finished yet or its still in development but the review remained intact and no further steps required by trustpilot. Anyway, whale does respond which in my opinion they really listen to their players instead of just leaving it there or doing nothing at all.
