We always respond promptly to all user requests (including requests left on Trustpilot). The problem is that users are too lazy to change their feedback after their problem or request has been successfully resolved.
You respond quickly to users request on this forum, so i am sure you do so on other platforms too. I don't really like Truspilot because of how 'easy' people, as well as competitors too, can use it as a tool to attack other competing services.
