Yeah I’m really not sure what I could have done wrong, I simply signed up for their website, didn’t take any bonuses and deposited a few thousand dollars and won around $12,000 taking NHL spreads and totals live. Once my account was at $16,000 I was limited so I made a withdrawal request and they stiffed me. I’ve never made an account on this website before and there’s no way I broke any terms of use.

Nah, that wouldn't be an explanation or an excuse. When you play at a casino/sportsbook you don't know who they are working with and it's also not your responsibility to know. They can't just not pay your winning because you won on a different site that uses the same odds provider/book, that's not how it works.
I think they are just freerolling players. You lose -> no problem, you win -> cancel your bets and kick you out. Common practice unfortunately at small shitty sites.
