I wonder if his salary was reduced, I think so. After all, his age is very serious. On the other hand, Barcelona has no choice because if Lewandowski leaves, Barcelona will only be able to sign a free agent (who will still have to pay a signing bonus) and there has long been a shortage of such among top strikers.
Lewandowski has good statistics, but last season he led the team in missed scoring chances, I don’t think there have been any radical changes this season.

I hope his salary would be reduced as well. He makes 33 million euros a year being the top earner in the squad. Considering he is 36, they are paying him tons of money.  Sad  And I believe at least he is better when you consider he scored more goals in much less amount of games this season.





If this is true it would be great news for Barcelona.  Smiley 

I think he is a much better defender than all of the current CBs in Barcelona squad. He is experienced as well. They should absolutely go for him while there is a chance to sign him without paying a transfer fee to Leverkusen.

But I feel like they might not be the only big team going after him...
