Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because Blackjack.fun has been holding my 26,015 USDT withdrawal for over two weeks with no response. I submitted the request on January 29, 2025, and as of today, February 13, 2025, it’s still stuck in "Pending." (withdraw_history)

I already completed KYC verification (kyc_complete) and even successfully withdrew 15,000 USDT on January 27, which is visible in my transaction history. But now, for some reason, my current withdrawal is just sitting there with no update.

I contacted support through their on-site message system on February 4, got no reply. I reached out to live support on February 5 (log_02-05) and 6 (log_02-06_1 and log_02-06_2), where they told me my withdrawal would be processed "soon." But when I asked how soon, they just stopped responding. On February 6, I sent an email to info@blackjack.fun and support@blackjack.fun (email_inquiry_02-06), but I have yet to receive a response.

My Blackjack.fun username is palapoc in case a representative needs to identify my account.

Is this normal for Blackjack.fun? Do others here also have to wait weeks for withdrawals? And what’s with their support team straight-up ignoring inquiries?

If you are an old user there should be no problem but if you are a new user then I am afraid it will take longer to process because in the last 6-7 days I saw an increase in betting activity from new users so I assume the team did a thorough inspection. I don't know how I should say it, that you can't rely on the support team because they are known to be very slow in responding. All you need to do is wait patiently and occasionally check your email for updates, back to the first question if you are old users then there is no need to worry.

I have a very similar situation, but with a much smaller amount (only 120 USDT). Some 20-25 days ago I made a withdrawal (40 USDT) and then nothing happened for days. They answered me once on live support and briefly replied that it would be soon. They didn't even respond to the second attempt to contact live support. After all I made cancel withdrawals and played for a while. On 07.02. I made a new withdrawal (120 USDT), but it is still pending at the moment. I also sent two emails to their support, but I have no answer so far, and 5 days ago I uploaded the documents for verification, although they did not ask me to do so. I am an old user (more than two years) and so far I have had 6-7 withdrawals in smaller amounts and there have never been any problems. This is a very strange situation now. I didn't expect the support to ignore me, it's quite unprofessional
