It got resolved like 15mins after I posted here. But why does it take so much time and effort to withdraw? I mean, I got paid but in the end I can't vouch for them because I had to perma spam them in chat for them to be able to do what they are supposed to?
It's quick and you must know that case can be missed a long the line of customer support and support team. It is why there is Escalation process internally for suporting missing cases, when users recontact support, there will be an escalation line for processing it. Sometimes, their support team must wait for results of investigation from Compliance team, before they can give you a final answer, it takes time and with risk of missing in the middle of procedure.
Anyway, it is resolved.
