Hello, I registered at BC Game and with the welcome bonus I won 560 dollars after weeks of effort to unlock it, but at the time of withdrawing it they blocked my account, and when I want to log in I get an error that says "Error 4001: Account verification required". But my account is KYC verified. Everything was going perfectly, they let me make the deposits I wanted without problems, but the moment I hit the withdraw button, SURPRISE they kicked me out of the account and never let me log in again, I opened another post explaining my problem and the son of a bitch from bc game support dares to lie to my face telling me that they kicked me out of the account right when I hit the withdraw button because I used a disposable email and made multiple deposits to get several bonuses. First, I only made a deposit on the platform, second, my email was an original gmail and it was not a disposable email, they are lying scammers, every day I will open a post dedicated to them and I don't care if they tell me that this is unethical on my part, but I feel so scammed that dedicating a post every day explaining my case is the right thing to do, so that the same thing happens to no one. I will also make a negative review every day on trustpilot, and I will publish it daily on my famous Instagram account @humorcontagioso, in addition to publishing it in all possible telegram groups. BC GAME YOU HAVE STOLEN 560 DOLLARS FROM ME BUT CALM, I'M SURE THAT THROUGHOUT THIS YEAR YOU WILL LOSE SOME CUSTOMER THAT ANOTHER ONE WILL LOSE DUE TO MY POST ALL OVER THE INTERNET

Umm... I am not well versed in that language, but is that Spanish? Were you an ES resident? Might be wise to point out that Spain is one of the restricted territory, so that'll be another breach of ToS.
