Normally I have seen Gazeta contacting the authors via PM. You won't have to worry about that. You'll know when the translations are ready. We also post the updates regarding this in our AOBT thread.

Of course, it will take some time as we have other 'in progress' already. Also expect to get each translations at different times as we all have our own pace of doing the work.
