They would just need to fall like dominos in the right time. What is meant like a time bomb to see the price of prices again increases. If so, then I might agree that at this time the market let people make decisions in accordance with their minds in seeing the situation.
If with market conditions like now people do not see how the pattern has ever happened, then that person does not learn from 'past'.
