Cell phones CPU's have very little processing power in comparison to any modern ASIC so you will not by mining with any meaningful speed plus the power consumption and cost end up far outweighing any potential earnings.

You'd be better off buying an ASIC like a Bitaxe, Canaan Nano3s or Apollo II as an entry level miner where although earnings will be tough to cover the expense of these purchases at least you can take a shot at solo mining (or pooled solo mining).
