I never did any gambling rituals and most likely will not start one also. However, if I get lucky on a casino, a certain in house game or slot, I will always be tempted to go back to do exactly the same (same bet size, same strategy, ...).
The word ritual has actually been attributed to something negative, which is why a lot of people will decline or refuse accepting the fact that they have a kind of ritual they indulge in before gambling. If, after winning, you go back to recall all the things you did before you placed the winning bet and then subsequently try to repeat the same process to try win again, is that not already a ritual?
It seems to be true, because I always do silly things before gambling and it has made me like doing a small ritual before gambling. It is indeed a habit and maybe it only happens if you are used to it or focused on the victory obtained by performing a ritual, be it a prayer or something else.

However, the ritual is not always an important point if we will win when betting and sometimes we also lose. Because the ritual of burning candles, reading prayers or taking off clothes but it is just luck if we win when gambling. For me, every gambler certainly has their own way before they gamble, because it has become their hope to win.
