I still have restrictions on withdrawing funds from my account.
It's been about two weeks now.
Who can help with it?
Have you contacted with them via live chat? if yes what is the status of the live chat? Have you multiple accounts? Have you broken any terms of the gambling site (rollbit). I think if you have broken any rules then you should leave it and if not then you should wait.

Well, basically, only Rollbit and Razer can. But since Razer has not been online for a while, and we don't know when will he come back online, I think the best approach will be to reach CG and get them to intervene. However, since your bets are sport-bet related, there is a huge chance they'll refuse to mediate. So maybe just mention about the multi-acc allegation and ask them to validate it, and not breaching the topic to your betting activity?
The case has been opened a long time ago, I think it is happened on the live chat too but still not solved the case, isn't it boring? I think they should be more active.
